We currently offer full-body vibroacoustic therapy with optional aromatherapy, breathwork and near-infrared and infrared light therapy. Please inquire about additional accommodations.
Upon arrival, we will have a short conversation to discuss your goals or areas of focus. We will then select a sonic-ceutical track that helps meet your intention. You’ll then lie down on the vibroacoustic table, while the select music is played through the system. The low-frequency vibrations gently move through your body while the sound envelops you in a meditative atmosphere. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and include a short period of quiet integration afterward, allowing the nervous system to settle before you return to your day.
A vibroacoustic therapy session can feel different for everyone. Low-frequency sound waves travel through the body, gently massaging muscles, tissues, and the nervous system from within. For many, the experience is deeply relaxing—like being enveloped in a cocoon of sound or receiving an internal massage that melts tension and quiets the mind. Others may feel warmth, tingling, or subtle movement as energy begins to flow, sometimes accompanied by vivid imagery, memories, or sensations of being transported to other places or moments in time. Emotional release is also common, as the vibrations help surface and dissolve stored tension or feelings held in the body. The experience can awaken dormant areas of awareness—parts of yourself wishing to be felt, seen, and integrated—inviting both stillness and transformation. Each session offers a unique opportunity for relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep inner work, supporting the body’s natural capacity to restore balance and coherence through the language of sound and vibration.
Some people feel the effects after just one session—often a sense of calm, clarity, or reset in the body’s rhythms. For more lasting results, a series of sessions is recommended, as the body learns to more easily enter relaxed and coherent states over time. Chronic stress, pain, or emotional imbalance often respond best to consistent sessions—typically once or twice per week at first, then as needed for maintenance. Like any form of therapy, the benefits are cumulative: the more you tune in, the deeper the transformation.
Benefits often include deep relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and pain relief. Regular sessions may also help regulate the nervous system, support emotional release, enhance focus, and foster a sense of harmony between body and mind. Studies suggest that vibroacoustic therapy can assist with circulation, muscle recovery, and mood stabilization by promoting parasympathetic activation and brainwave coherence. Beyond the physiological effects, many people experience greater self-awareness, inner peace, and connection to their own vitality.
Vibroacoustic therapy is generally safe for most people, including those with stress, chronic pain, or sensory sensitivity. However, certain conditions require caution, such as pregnancy, pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, seizure disorders, or recent surgery or acute injury. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending a session. At Vibe Temple, we prioritize safety and work closely with clients to adapt sessions as needed.

Come as you are, but aim to arrive early, relaxed and present. It’s best to eat lightly beforehand and stay well-hydrated, as water supports the body’s ability to conduct vibration. Wear comfortable clothing—soft, loose, and non-restrictive. You may wish to set a personal intention or simply come with an open mind. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine or alcohol before your session, as they can interfere with the body’s natural relaxation response.
Studio sessions at Boulder Healing Hub are $100/hr. In-home sessions are $150/hr (travel fee may apply). Corporate wellness sessions are $1000/day (up to 8 hours).
Give yourself time to integrate. Many people feel grounded, peaceful, or introspective afterward. Drink plenty of water to support the body’s detox and realignment processes. Gentle movement—like stretching, walking, or breathwork—can help anchor the vibration in your system. Journaling, meditating, or simply resting in silence can also deepen the integration. Avoid rushing back into stimulation or screens if possible; the more you honor the stillness that follows, the longer the benefits last.
Yes—and it’s perfectly okay. Falling asleep often indicates that your nervous system has entered a deep parasympathetic state, where healing and regeneration naturally occur. Even if you drift into sleep or dreamlike awareness, your body continues to absorb the sound frequencies and vibration. Many clients report waking up refreshed, lighter, and more centered than before.
Yes. Vibroacoustic therapy complements many other wellness practices, including massage, breathwork, meditation, yoga, and counseling. Because it works on the nervous system and cellular level, it can enhance the benefits of other therapies by creating a receptive, relaxed, and balanced state in the body. Many clients choose to integrate sessions into broader self-care or healing routines for deeper and longer-lasting results.
Absolutely. Our vibroacoustic tables and loungers are designed to be inclusive and adaptable. Sessions are fully accessible for clients with limited mobility, sensory sensitivities, or other physical needs. At Vibe Temple, we strive to create a welcoming, trauma-informed environment where all participants can experience the benefits of sound and vibration without barriers.
It’s both. Vibroacoustic therapy is grounded in research on sound frequency, vibration, nervous system regulation, and brainwave entrainment. At the same time, it engages the body and consciousness in subtle ways that resonate with ancient practices of sound as medicine. At Vibe Temple, we honor this intersection—using modern technology to access the healing intelligence of vibration, while also supporting introspection, emotional release, and expanded awareness.
We use carefully curated low-frequency vibrations, harmonic tones, and music designed to entrain the nervous system and support relaxation, emotional release, and cellular coherence. Frequencies are selected to resonate with the body while maintaining a meditative, immersive soundscape. Some sessions incorporate specific tonal patterns or musical compositions aligned with particular intentions, while others use neutral, soothing vibrations to foster deep integration and presence.
Yes. Setting an intention can enhance your experience by providing focus and supporting self-awareness during the session. Intentions can be anything from releasing tension or emotional blocks, cultivating clarity, or simply inviting relaxation and presence. While optional, many clients find that having a personal intention deepens the impact of the vibroacoustic session.
No. Vibroacoustic therapy is primarily an inward, experiential practice. Sessions are designed for you to relax, feel, and integrate the vibrations without speaking. However, some clients choose to share intentions, reflections, or feedback with the facilitator before or after the session to guide or deepen the experience.
